Ask us for the Referrer Agreement and your code. Non-exclusive, no selling, no billing, no liability for the client.
Your client registers your code
The code is carried through sign-up, so the introduction is recorded against your practice. The client has three months from the introduction to sign.
Your client starts free
Two weeks of Visibility, read-only. Nothing is sent to their customers.
On day 14 Visibility continues, with notice to the client, on a 12-month plan billed monthly — unless they switch off before then.
You earn one month of what your client pays us
One payout per client, excluding VAT: 100% of the first month's net income, which is one-twelfth of its first-year payments. For example, a client with 300 invoices a year on Visibility (£768 a year) earns you £64; a £4m agency on Collect (£1,743 a year) earns you £145.25; a £12.5m producer on Collect (£18,755.50 a year) earns you £1,562.96.
- The client signs a plan of at least 12 months, stays past its first three paid months, and has paid us
- Your payout is made within 30 days of the end of the client's first three paid months; monthly statements
- Nothing on renewals. You don't negotiate price or terms, and you don't introduce competing AR products while the agreement runs
- 12-month agreement, renewing automatically; three months' notice to end it at a renewal date

What happens when you click Start 2 weeks free
- Start 2 weeks free. Enter your organisation name and work email, or sign up with Xero. You accept our terms on this screen.
- Set your password from the invitation email. If it isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check junk.
- Connect Xero. You sign in on Xero's own screen and choose the organisation to connect. collects.io connects one Xero organisation per account. Read-only. We verify your card with a £1 charge, which we refund.
- See your own numbers about 2 minutes after you connect: the 29 analytics, on your live ledger. Nothing is sent to your customers.
- Before day 14 we email you the date and amount of your first payment. Switch off before then and you pay nothing. Otherwise Visibility continues on a 12-month plan, paid monthly.
- Upgrade to Collect whenever you're ready. We start working your overdue invoices, and you add a per-invoice fee only on the invoices we collect. A new 12 months starts from the day you upgrade.
